My name is Matt Bourguignon. I graduated from Elon University, and since then I have been in sales. I spent two years working in sales and marketing for Newell Rubbermaid. This first job out of school not only got my feet wet in sales, but really taught me the importance of listening to my clients' needs. After working in the corporate world for a while, I decided that I wanted to work more closely with people and help them purchase their dream homes. And I chose beautiful Charlotte NC as the place to do that.

I am a fourth generation Realtor® / agent and have been surrounded by this business my entire life. I work hard to incorporate the basic fundamentals of real estate with cutting-edge marketing and service. As the result of moving around a lot in my early years, I realize the importance of owning a home that will have good resale value. I've learned to look not only at the present worth of a home, but to also keep in mind what its potential future value might be. I service the entire Charlotte area as well as the northern part of South Carolina. But I specialize in the Uptown and South Charlotte, North Carolina areas.
